Credits power your chatbot's conversations. Choose how much to add, starting from EUR 5. There are no fixed bundles, no subscription and no automatic top-ups.
How credits work
Choose your amount.
Enter the euro amount you want to add. Before you pay, checkout shows the credits you will receive at 10 credits per EUR 1, plus VAT and the total.
Credits arrive in your account.
They are usually added within minutes of successful payment. Your receipt confirms the number of credits.
Credits are used as your chatbot works.
Credits are deducted per AI response at the rates on our Pricing page. Your dashboard shows your live balance and usage history.
Get a low-balance alert.
We email you when your balance falls below 5 credits. Top up only if you choose to.

Important information about credits
- Credits are a prepaid right to use our AI services. They are not money, a deposit, stored value, an investment or cryptocurrency.
- Credits can only be used on JCloudBot and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, except as a refund under our Refund Policy.
- Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. We email you 30 days before any credits expire.
- Credits are non-refundable, whether used or unused, except where we are at fault, as set out in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
