Not professional advice. Chatbots must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, safety or other high-impact decisions.
Tell visitors it is AI. We recommend your Chatbot's welcome message says it is an AI assistant, for example: "Hi, I'm [Business]'s AI assistant. I can make mistakes, so please confirm important details with our team."
Third-party AI models. Our service uses AI models from third-party providers. Their availability and behaviour may change.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you use the Chatbot's answers in your business.
